DHF Engineering Ltd have a modern 850+sq/m workshop facility that can handle all aspects of Fabrication in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and a wide range of metals including Aluminium and Brass.
Our highly skilled and flexible workforce are able to provide responsive service to our customers. Our adaptable outlook to projects means that we can offer a complete Design, Development, Fabrication and Installation service to all industries.
Our in house capacity includes the following- Guillotine 3000mm x 6mm - 3000mm Brake Press - CNC Plasma Cutter - 600mm dia capacity Bandsaw - Dedicated Mild Steel Weld shop with 2t overhead crane - Dedicated non-ferrous workshop with separate cutting / drilling and rolling facilities - 1200mm Powered Rolls - Qualified Stainless TIG / Aluminium TIG / MAG welders with calibrated welding plants - All Structural Steelwork CE Marked in accordance with BS EN 1090-1/2 Execution Class 2. We work closely with other local companies so that specific requirements such as Laser Profiling, Shot-Blasting, Galvanising or Powder Coating can be applied to each project.
