DHF Engineering Ltd have an in house Project management Team that can efficiently manage your projects. We work with our customers to find the right solutions for each project.
Our capabilities are as follows-
2D & 3D Design capabilities
DHF use up to date versions of Autodesk Design Software. We carry out all 3D models using Autodesk Inventor Software.
We can import virtually all types of 2D and 3D Drawing files so we can work with existing site drawings of almost any age.
All completed drawings are submitted to the customer in our Project CE Technical File upon Project completion
From Concept…..
We take a design brief from our customers and work out the best way to achieve the requirement.
We then produce a set of Provisional Drawings that are submitted for discussion…..
To Approved Design…..
Structural calculations where required are carried out on the designs to verify the integrity of the proposal. Final Designs are submitted to the customer for approval.
Once approval is given we then export 2D drawings from the model for manufacture.
To Delivery and Installation…..
2D drawings are exported to our manufacturing CAD /CAM machines for component production. Fabrication is carried out in our CE compliant workshop.
QA inspection is then carried out prior to delivery and installation
Good communications ensure that customers are updated at all stages of the project to ensure that expectations are delivered.
